1. Overview

By enrolling in any offer, package, or program (“Services”) with Gorilla Unit Marketing, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all offers listed on our websites, including but not limited to:

  • Starter Boost

  • Growth Engine

  • AI Appointment Accelerator™

  • Local Domination Suite™

  • Any custom marketing, automation, or AI integration plan powered by Assistable.ai, AgencyHub, or GoHighLevel.


2. Performance-Based Service Commitment

Our mission is simple — deliver measurable results that create positive ROI fast.
Each plan comes with a specific results guarantee outlined below.
If we don’t deliver as promised and you meet all guarantee conditions, we’ll make it right with a refund or extended service period at no extra cost.


3. Program Guarantees

4. Guarantee Conditions

To keep the guarantee fair and results-driven, clients must complete and maintain the following:

A. Onboarding & Setup

  • Complete onboarding and intake form within 7 days of signing up.

  • Provide access to your CRM, Google Business Profile, website, and ad accounts.

  • Approve creatives, tracking setup, and automation workflows promptly.

B. Campaign Activity

  • Maintain an active, funded ad budget for the duration of the campaign.

  • Keep automation and follow-up systems (Assistable.ai / Voxtron™ / SMS workflows) active.

  • Do not pause, alter, or interfere with live campaigns or tracking pixels.

  • Respond to inbound leads and AI-booked appointments within 24 hours.

C. Cooperation

  • Communicate promptly and attend scheduled strategy calls or onboarding sessions.

  • Provide accurate business details, service areas, and pricing for ad targeting.

  • Use the provided CRM or approved booking system to track leads and jobs.

If any of the above requirements are not met, the guarantee becomes void — not because we won’t try, but because performance data becomes unreliable.


5. Refund & Service Credit Policy

Refunds and credits apply only when:

  1. You’ve met all conditions listed above;

  2. The campaign ran for the full guarantee window (30–90 days);

  3. Our analytics show that booking targets were not achieved.

If eligible, you’ll receive one of the following, at our discretion:

  • Refund of the setup fee, or

  • Credit toward additional service time of equal value.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@gorillaunitmarketing.com within 7 days after the guarantee period ends.


6. Payment & Billing

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Setup fees are due at signup.

  • Monthly billing renews automatically unless canceled 5 business days before the next payment date.

  • Late or failed payments may result in paused campaigns or account deactivation.

Ad spend is billed directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and is not part of our agency fee.


7. Data & Compliance

We adhere to the TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, and CAN-SPAM acts.
By using our system, you agree that:

  • All contact data you upload or use is legally acquired with explicit consent for marketing communication.

  • You will not use our systems for spam, illegal offers, or deceptive advertising.

  • You understand that Gorilla Unit Marketing is a technology and marketing partner, not a consumer data broker.


8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

We partner with and integrate tools including GoHighLevel, Assistable.ai, AgencyHub, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Twilio.
While we manage configuration and strategy, we are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or performance fluctuations caused by those platforms.


9. Ownership of Assets

  • All templates, workflows, and automations created by Gorilla Unit Marketing are proprietary intellectual property.

  • You are granted a limited-use license to use assets for your business only, while your account remains active.

  • Upon cancellation, license and access to proprietary systems or dashboards may be revoked.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Gorilla Unit Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability is capped at the total amount paid for the service during the 90 days preceding a claim.

  • No guarantee covers lost profits, sales, or revenue unrelated to the campaign itself.


11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • Payments are overdue;

  • You misuse the platform or data;

  • You interfere with campaign delivery;

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Upon termination, all outstanding balances remain due immediately.


12. Communication Consent

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to receive emails, calls, and SMS messages related to account updates, billing, or marketing communications.
You can unsubscribe or opt out anytime via provided links or by contacting support@gorillaunitmarketing.com.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Pinellas County, FL.


14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
